●Equipped with a 12" KEBA KePlast i1180-0110-00 large-screen controller, offering a modern, user-friendly UI and strong computing performance for smooth operation and data processing.

●Compliant with German Industry 4.0 standards, enabling full digital integration and intelligent production management within a smart factory environment.

●The system features a real-time load cell pressure sensor that continuously monitors barrel pressure during the plasticizing phase. Based on this feedback, both the injection motor and plasticizing motor dynamically adjust the back pressure, enabling closed-loop control for more stable and accurate melt quality.

●During the holding pressure phase, the pressure control accuracy reaches within ±1 bar, ensuring high consistency and precision throughout the molding cycle.
